Using Herbs in Cooking
Cooking with herbs is such a great way to “eat your medicine”! Culinary herbs are so much more than just flavoring agents. Garlic is antimicrobial and can help you heal from colds and flus. Rosemary is amazing for mental cognition and memory. Sage can help soothe that sore throat. And on and on! Below are some of my favorite recipes to help you incorporate herbs into your everyday life.
