Herbs Returns Policy
Because the herbs are sold in bulk and not prepackaged containers, I do not take returns or offer refunds. If there is something wrong with the product, please send an email to traci@waldoherbs.com and let me know what the issue is. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything I can to make it right.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 2 days of placing your order excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Orders are shipped from Kansas City, MO.
Once the order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
The Waldo Herbal Apothecurry is not liable for damages or lost orders once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel a subscription at any time. If you cancel a prepaid account before the period is over, you will receive a full refund minus the full price for the months you already received. Full price for each box is $48.00. If you received any promotional free kits, those will also be deducted from your refund amount.
